Stay Full (Part I)

Main Course: Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them" (Jn. 7:38; cf. 2:6-7; 4:13-14).

We must come drink from the well until we are full, until the waterpots (the dry places) are full (cf. 2 Kin. 3:17). How do we fill the waterpots of our souls? By drinking from the well that never runs dry, where there is always more than enough, where it never runs out (Jn. 2:7-10; Eph. 5:18-20; cf. Lk. 2:52). We fill our waterpots by doing whatever he tell us to do (sometimes this can be in the natural) and by drinking from the well of His Spirit within us (Jn. 2:5; Col. 1:27). It is the natural and the supernatural (spiritual) working together as one that causes things to turn around - begin to turn in our favor. We start to experience on earth that which is in heaven for us (Matt. 6:10; Jer. 29:11; Eph. 3:20).

The woman at the well was dehydrated in her life, but God himself made her life a priority. He made a personal stop, went out of his way, met her one-on-one, face-to-face to give her the kind of water she had been searching and longing for. It was the kind of water that would resurrect her life to skyrocket her right into her ministry/destiny. It was the kind of water that would totally transform her so that she would never be the same (2 Cor. 5:17). She had been transformed by the power of God. All the while Jesus was talking to her, the healing waters were flowing into those hurting, dry places of doubt, fear and unbelief to unlock, recharge and refuel her spirit. The rain of his presence fell on her and it revived her, restored her and resurrected her back to life (the life in Him - Christ). -- cont'd
